Icycle: On Thin Ice is a puzzle-platform video game developed and published by Damp Gnat in 2008. The player takes the role of Icycle, a naked man on a bicycle, and must traverse through frozen landscapes to reach his beloved Daisy. Players must navigate through each icy level, dodging obstacles and collecting ice shards to restore the world's warmth. The game consists of four chapters, each with its own unique gameplay elements and challenges.

In "On Thin Ice Chapter 1", players must traverse through a treacherous winter wonderland while avoiding hazards such as icicles, snowballs and penguins. Collecting ice shards along the way will open up new areas, and ultimately allow the player to reach Daisy. As the levels progress, more obstacles are introduced and the difficulty increases. Again, the player must collect ice shards to progress through the levels and eventually reach Daisy. This chapter also introduces a variety of power-ups that can help Icycle make it through the more difficult levels.

In "On Thin Ice Chapter 3", the player is taken back to the wintry landscape of the first chapter. Here, the player must use the power-ups obtained during the previous chapter to make their way through the levels. Again, the goal is to collect all the ice shards before time runs out. New obstacles, such as slippery platforms and rolling snowballs, are introduced and the difficulty is ramped up even further.

The final chapter of Icycle: On Thin Ice is aptly titled "On Thin Ice Chapter 4". This chapter takes place in a sprawling underground ice cavern and combines the platforming and puzzle-solving elements of the previous chapters. Here, the player must find the exit of each level, while also finding and collecting ice shards. The final level is a race against time, as the player must collect enough ice shards before time runs out.
