Destiny 2 cheat maker countersues Bungie for hacking, judge tells them to prove itThe last serial number for this program was added to our data base on February 6, 2019 626 visitors told us the serial is good, 323 guys said the number is bad Rating (by view): 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 (🏅) A lawsuit between a Destiny 2 cheat maker and game developer Bungie has recently ended in the judge ordering the two sides to prove their claims and counter-claims. This comes after the Destiny 2 cheat maker, who goes by the alias of “GatorCheats”, sued Bungie for allegedly hacking his website and removing some of the cheats and hacks for Destiny 2 that were available on the site. The lawsuit began when GatorCheats accused Bungie of using their own proprietary software to hack into his website and delete several of the Destiny 2 cheats he had created. According to GatorCheats, this was done to prevent players from being able to use the cheats to gain an unfair advantage over other players in the game. He then countersued Bungie for hacking and copyright infringement. Bungie, however, denied any wrongdoing and countered that GatorCheats had given them permission to access his website and remove the Destiny 2 cheats. The judge overseeing the case then asked both sides to present evidence to support their claims. In response to this request, GatorCheats submitted several documents showing that Bungie had, indeed, hacked his website and deleted several of the Destiny 2 cheats he had created. He also presented evidence that the hacks were designed specifically for Destiny 2 and could not be used for any other game. Bungie, meanwhile, submitted a number of emails and documents that indicated that GatorCheats had given them permission to access his website and remove the Destiny 2 cheats. They also argued that GatorCheats had violated the terms of service and copyright laws by creating hacks for Destiny 2 and distributing them on his website. After reviewing the evidence from both sides, the judge ruled that it was unclear as to whether or not Bungie had acted illegally. He ordered both parties to provide additional evidence to prove their claims and then set a date for a hearing. At the hearing, GatorCheats argued that Bungie had gone beyond simply deleting the Destiny 2 cheats and had accessed his website without permission and deleted all of the content related to the game. He also argued that Bungie had violated copyright laws by using his code to create hacks for Destiny 2. Bungie, meanwhile, maintained that they had sought and received permission to access GatorCheats’ website and delete the Destiny 2 cheats. They also argued that GatorCheats had violated the terms of service and copyright laws by creating and distributing hacks for Destiny 2. Ultimately, the judge found that there was insufficient evidence to determine whether Bungie had acted illegally and ordered both parties to provide further proof of their respective claims. He then scheduled a new hearing date for later this month to consider the evidence provided. In the meantime, Destiny 2 players are advised to refrain from using any Destiny 2 cheats or hacks on PC until the case is resolved.
